SZW26-32 D303.3 Three-Phase Power Transfer Switch (Three-Position, Three-Pole)
The SZW26-32 D303.3 is a three-position (1-0-2), three-pole rotary transfer switch specifically designed for three-phase electrical systems. Its core function is to select and switch between two independent sets of three-phase loads (or power sources), providing a clear intermediate disconnect position (position 0). Each pole (section) of the switch corresponds to one phase control, and the three-phase circuits are switched synchronously via the handle.
Electrical Parameters:
Rated Operating Current: 32A
Rated Operating Voltage: AC 440V (50/60Hz)
Rated Insulation Voltage: 660V
Contact Structure and Logic:
Each pole (section) independently controls one phase (A, B, C), with a total of three poles. Each group includes a pair of normally open contacts.
Position I: The first set of three-phase output circuits is connected (contacts 1-2, 5-6, 9-10).
Position 0: All contacts are open, providing a safe electrical isolation point.
Position II: The second set of three-phase output circuits is connected (contacts 3-4, 7-8, 11-12).
Mechanical and Materials:
Uses thickened copper conductors and silver alloy contacts to ensure high current switching capacity and long electrical life.
Flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant housing, compact structure, clear positions, and intuitive operation.
Environmental Conditions:
Operating Temperature: -25°C to +40°C
Altitude: ≤ 2000 meters
Lifespan Indicators:
Mechanical Life: ≥ 100,000 cycles
Electrical Life: ≥ 30,000 cycles (under rated load)
Application Scenarios:
This switch is specifically designed for industrial control applications requiring manual switching of three-phase power or loads. It is a reliable component for dual power source selection, load transfer, and motor control.
Dual Power Switching: Manually switches between two three-phase power sources (such as mains power/generator, main power/backup power) to provide power supply protection for critical loads. Dual Motor/Load Control: Controls the "one-in-use, one-in-standby" switching of two three-phase asynchronous motors (or other three-phase loads), or selects different operating equipment.
Motor Operating Mode Switching: Used for switching between different windings of three-phase motors in certain specific equipment (requires specific wiring).
Industrial Control and Power Distribution: Widely used in power distribution cabinets, control boxes, electrical control systems, and automation equipment as a manual transfer and control switch for main circuits or important branch circuits. Its performance can completely replace traditional transfer switches of the same type.
