WHAT WE CUSTOMIZE

1. Product Spec Confirmation

Confirm the internal drawings and external colors of the product with customers to ensure that all details are consistent with customer requirements.
2. Material Preparation

Issue production orders to the spare parts warehouse, where warehouse managers will strictly verify the thickness of copper components and the angle of cams for accurate material preparation.
3. Material Handover & Sign-off

After material preparation is completed, transfer the materials to the production workshop. Assembly staff shall carefully check the quantity of accessories according to the production orders and material lists, and complete the signing process.
4. Semi-finished Product Testing

After the semi-finished products are manufactured, transfer them to the testing room, where professional inspectors will perform on-off function tests to ensure that product performance meets the standards.
5. Final Packaging & Shipment

Products that pass the tests will be transferred to the packaging team for screw fastening and packaging. Subsequently, the workshop supervisor will conduct a final visual inspection, and arrange shipment after confirming that there are no defects.
