The SZW26-160/2GS is a heavy-duty, two-position (OFF-ON) rotary power disconnect switch with a rated current of up to 160A. Its core features a double-section structure, utilizing four sets of parallel silver alloy high-capacity contacts (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8) that operate synchronously. In the "ON" position, all contacts are connected, effectively reducing contact resistance and temperature rise through multi-contact parallelism, ensuring reliable current carrying and stable operation under high current conditions; in the "OFF" position, all contacts are completely disconnected, providing a safe and clear electrical isolation point. The product has a rated voltage of AC 440V (50/60Hz) or DC 240V, and uses special thickened copper conductors and a high-strength flame-retardant casing, designed specifically for extreme high-current switching requirements. Mechanical life is ≥300,000 cycles, and electrical life is ≥60,000 cycles (under rated load).

Critical high-current distribution nodes: In substations, power plants, large data centers, or power distribution centers in industries such as electrolytic smelting, it serves as a manual operating disconnect switch for 160A-level main incoming lines or core feeder circuits, used for system switching, maintenance, and repair.
Direct control of extra-large loads: Used for directly controlling the power on/off of three-phase asynchronous motor groups, extra-large electric heating systems, electrolytic plating power supplies, and other extra-high-power loads with a rated current within 160A.
