The SZW26-160/3GS is a heavy-duty, two-position (OFF-ON) rotary power isolator switch with a rated current of up to 160A. Its design features a three-section (three-layer) structure, utilizing six sets of parallel reinforced silver alloy contacts (corresponding to terminals 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12) that operate synchronously. This multi-contact parallel architecture evenly distributes the 160A rated current, significantly reducing single-point contact resistance, arc effects, and operating temperature rise, thus ensuring superior current carrying capacity, operational stability, and electrical life under extreme high-current conditions. All contacts are reliably connected in the "ON" position, and complete and safe isolation of all poles is achieved in the "OFF" position. The switch is suitable for AC 440V (50/60Hz) or DC 240V circuits and features heavy-duty thickened copper conductors and a high-strength flame-retardant housing. Mechanical life is ≥300,000 cycles, and electrical life is ≥60,000 cycles (under rated load, operating frequency ≤120 cycles/hour).
