The ZHUCO SZW26-63/2GS gray-black power switch is a high-capacity two-position (OFF-ON) rotary main power switch. It features a two-section structure and four sets of silver alloy contacts in parallel, optimized for stable and reliable switching of currents up to 63A. In the ON position, the contact sets (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8) are simultaneously connected, providing low contact resistance and excellent heat dissipation. In the OFF position, all contacts are completely disconnected, ensuring safe electrical isolation of the main circuit. The product uses thickened copper conductors and a flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant casing, suitable for AC 440V / DC 240V circuits, with an operating temperature range of -25℃ to +40℃. It has a mechanical life of 300,000 cycles and an electrical life of 60,000 cycles (at rated load, operating frequency ≤120 times/hour).
Application Scenarios
This power switch is suitable for critical applications requiring manual control of high-current main circuit switching or as a main power isolation switch for equipment.
Main Power Control: Can be used as the main power input switch or emergency disconnect switch for large industrial equipment (such as large electric furnaces, central air conditioning units, and high-power frequency converter cabinets).
High-Current Load Switching: Used to directly control the start and stop of heavy-duty equipment such as three-phase motors, heating modules, and electrolytic power supplies up to 63A.
