The SZW26-63/3GS is a high-capacity two-position (OFF-ON) rotary power switch designed for reliable switching of high-current 63A circuits. This switch features a three-section (three-layer) structure, operating synchronously through six sets of parallel silver alloy contacts (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12). In the "ON" position, all contacts are connected, effectively reducing contact resistance and distributing arcing and heat through multiple parallel contacts, ensuring long-term stability and extremely low temperature rise under high current. In the "OFF" position, all contacts are completely disconnected, providing a clear electrical isolation point. The product uses thickened copper conductors and a high-strength flame-retardant casing, suitable for AC 440V (50/60Hz) or DC 240V lines. It has a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles and an electrical life of 30,000 cycles (under rated load, operating frequency ≤120 times/hour).
