The SZW26-63/4GS is a heavy-duty two-position (OFF-ON) rotary power disconnect switch designed for high-current, high-reliability applications. Its core features a four-section (four-layer) structure, with eight sets of parallel silver alloy contacts (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16) simultaneously connecting in the "ON" position. This redundant design distributes the rated 63A current across multiple contacts, significantly reducing single-point contact resistance, arc erosion, and on-state temperature rise, ensuring excellent electrical performance, mechanical stability, and ultra-long lifespan under high current. The "OFF" position provides complete disconnection of all contacts, ensuring safe and reliable electrical isolation. The product uses thickened copper conductors and a high-strength flame-retardant casing, suitable for AC 440V (50/60Hz) or DC 240V lines, meeting the requirements for industrial environments (-25°C to +40°C). It has a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles and an electrical life of 30,000 cycles.
